Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team and help us create life-changing experiences for our customers. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing new high/low fidelity layouts, improving the usability of our application flows, and proposing product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design new user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and improve our style guide system with consistency
  • Work closely with UX researchers and data professionals to ensure that our designs are data-driven and user-centered
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our designs meet business objectives and are aligned with our company's vision
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and behaviors
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies and apply them to our products

Requirements

  • A top-notch design portfolio that showcases your experience in designing for responsive mobile and desktop web experiences
  • Experience in designing for a variety of industries and domains, including fintech
  • Strong UX focus and understanding of human behavior
  • Clean visual design sense and skills in typography and grids
  • Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions
