Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to provide technical assistance, advice, and training to users. You will resolve issues at the tier one level, escalate issues to the appropriate escalation team, install, configure, and provision computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to users and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  2. Install, configure, and provision computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  3. Oversee deployment and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring optimal and reliable operations.
  4. Manage and maintain company IT assets and systemic inventory.
  5. Develop data protection documentation using the Data Capability Assurance framework.
  6. Empower and support business groups during audits.
  7. Administer corporate telecom/network systems, including topology, configuration, design, and security.
  8. Research and recommend technologies and best practices approaches for our environment.
  9. Assist with Global IT and Security projects.
  10. Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, VPN gateways, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
  11. Procure and manage devices, including laptops and other IT assets.
  12. Handle IT asset allocations at the time of joining and exits.
  13. Create, manage, and deactivate email IDs, user accounts, Office Automation, and Security tools.
  14. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  15. Lead IT helpdesk to support employees and ensure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in IT systems, network administration, and related technologies. Proficiency with firewalls, SDN, and network routing.
