Job Overview

The position of UX/UI Designer at ARVORE involves crafting an exceptional user experience in our games, ensuring the end-to-end journey meets desired outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create a UX/UI strategy and roadmap based on analysis for optimized consumer experience;
  • Provide rationale and supporting data for UX recommendations;
  • Prepare all UX/UI design and delivery documentation in full and on time for developers to work from;
  • Analyze user insights to identify enhancements to the consumer experience;
  • Develop a solid UI Styleguide for the game, based on the work of other fronts;
  • Build game menus, navigation buttons, search fields, narrative text boxes, and other key UI elements;
  • Develop UI mockups, wireframes, and low and hi-fi prototypes that clearly illustrate how navigation functions and looks like;
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders;
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of UX principles and directives, such as Usability Tests, Features/Interactions Design, Experience Flow;
  • Great visual skills to create interfaces easy to understand, use, and love;
  • Good knowledge of prototyping tools, like Figma;
  • Experience with digital graphical tools like Photoshop and Illustrator;
  • Great iconography, grid, and typography skills;
  • Capacity to analyze User Experience insights and wireframes, and build high fidelity user interfaces prototypes;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent time estimation, management, and organizational skills, and the ability to cope with multiple projects at a time;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Professionalism regarding time, budgets, and deadlines;
  • Proficiency in multimedia presentation software, such as Keynote and/or Google Slides;
  • Advanced English.
