About the OpportunityWe are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Product Designer to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end product design processes;
- Partner closely with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives;
- Design intuitive interfaces for complex systems and software products;
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations;
- Mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback within the team;
- Full professional proficiency in English;
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software;
- Deep expertise with design tools like Figma and FigJam;
- Solid understanding of user flows, interaction design, and visual hierarchy;
- Experience working in agile development environments;
- Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles;
