We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to help us co-create innovative concepts and bring them to life through prototypes and pilot experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of product strategists, engineers, and UX practitioners to develop cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients during design thinking sprints to ideate, prototype, and test solutions.
  • Participate in local client events and occasional regional engagements within the Latin America and Caribbean region.
  • Travel will primarily involve local events, with occasional trips within Brazil or the broader LAC region. Flexibility and willingness to travel is required.
  • Support the full design process — from research and ideation through to wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Deliver design artifacts that help communicate ideas clearly, such as sketches, journey maps, storyboards, or visual mockups.
  • Prepare design materials for upcoming workshops and finalize deliverables post engagement.
  • Participate in short-term design initiatives as well as longer prototyping engagements.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; fluency in Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated experience designing mobile applications and responsive web experiences.
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to present and explain design decisions clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills with a passion for crafting compelling and intuitive user experiences.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and feedback-driven environment.
  • Experience with design thinking or other human-centered design methods is a plus.
  • Illustration, print design, or branding experience is a bonus.
  • Prior work in both startup and enterprise contexts is valued.
