Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our teachers and head teachers in classroom organization, student guidance, and activity planning. This includes:
- Assisting teachers in conveying instructions to students and enhancing their learning experience;
- Distributing and collecting materials;
- Participating in the implementation of didactic-pedagogical projects;
- Maintaining a well-organized classroom environment;
- Supporting the decoration of classrooms and school areas;
- Ensuring student safety at all times;
- Receiving students upon arrival and departure;
- Sending video and photo records of student activities to teachers within established deadlines;
- Attending academic meetings, conferences, and workshops to improve professional competence;
- Familiarizing yourself with Red House's general guidelines;
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
- A degree in Pedagogy or a related field;
- Proficiency in English (level B1 or higher);
- Certain soft skills and values such as digital thinking, interpersonal relationships, conflict management, and creativity;
