Program Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the success of Google for Education within strategic Higher Education (HED) customer accounts.

\

As a key liaison between Google and HED stakeholders, you will foster strong relationships, understand their needs, and orchestrate impactful programs that drive engagement and growth.

\Responsibilities\

  • Plan and execute engaging meetings and events tailored to diverse audiences within the HED education sector.\
  • Develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies to increase the utilization of Google for Education tools among HED institutions.\
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for renewal, upsell, and upgrade within existing accounts.\
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Secretaries of Education, including administrators, IT professionals, pedagogical leaders, and teachers.\
  • Plan and execute impactful Google events, ensuring seamless logistics, compelling content, and measurable outcomes.\
  • Develop and curate engaging content, including presentations, training materials, and online resources, to promote the adoption and effective use of Google for Education solutions.\
  • Deliver impactful training sessions to educators and administrators, empowering them to leverage Google for Education tools effectively in the classroom.\
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for renewal, upsell, and upgrade within existing accounts.\
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.\
  • Bachelor's degree in Education Technology or a related field.\
  • Experience in program management, preferably within the education sector.\
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events.\
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.\
  • Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.\
  • Passion for technology and its potential to transform education.\
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.\
