Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Government Marketing Specialist to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with Brazilian government entities and be well-versed in developing targeted marketing strategies tailored to public-sector institutions.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for the government sector, including city halls, state departments, public agencies, and ministries.
  • Identify key collaboration opportunities with public bodies and develop proposals that align with their objectives and needs.
  • Manage institutional communication campaigns to promote our educational solutions to government decision-makers.
  • Create customized marketing materials, such as presentations, infographics, and case studies, for government projects.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows and events to generate networking and strengthen relationships within the public sector.
  • Closely coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives support sales targets and bidding processes.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results in the public sector, providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably focused on the public or education segment.
  • Strong knowledge of public policies related to education.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive profile with a strategic mindset to identify new opportunities.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics.
