About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Community Manager to lead our social team in engaging with consumers and audiences, monitoring trends, and analyzing competitors' social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, growing, and managing online communities for key consumer brands, creating and developing community strategies, engagement, and growth plans, and identifying and tracking relevant community data metrics.

This role requires a proactive approach to planning and leadership of creative community initiatives, as well as practical knowledge of how to manage social media channels, prioritize workloads to maximize productivity, and integrate with client-side teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, grow, and manage online communities for key consumer brands
  • Social listening for conversations, topics, trends that brands can engage in
  • Strategically setting up creative work to help sell ideas
  • Create and develop community strategy, engagement, and growth plan
  • Identify and track relevant community data metrics/develop monthly reporting and outline key insights

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Jasper etc.
  • Experience with GenAI techniques such as model selection & prompting
  • Any experience using GenAI to deliver real-world advertising creative
  • Experience using analytical/social listening tools for reporting and to gather insights
  • Experience growing and engaging a community and building a significant follower base on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
