Job Opportunity: Finance Operations

This position is a key member of our finance team, focusing on delivering business partnership to regional operations teams and driving financial value through operating costs.

The role requires strong negotiation and influencing skills, systems literacy including Excel capability, ability to organize, plan, and prioritize. A working knowledge of finance and forecasting principles is also essential.

Key responsibilities include acting as a trusted business partner to operation teams, supporting decision-making and EVA performance improvement, managing regional-level reporting and consolidation, assisting the manager in analysis and interpretation, and providing backup coverage and additional support to plant finance supervisors.

  • Negotiation and Influencing: Build effective relationships with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Systems Literacy: Proficient in Excel and other financial systems to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Organizational Skills: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Financial Acumen: Understand finance principles, including forecasting and budgeting.
