Job Title: Sr. Analyst, Finance Operations

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality business partnership to regional operations teams.
  • Contribute to the Manager, Finance Operations leadership team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Operation teams.
  • Support decision making and drive financial value.
  • Oversight and management of regional level reporting.
  • Assist in consolidated analysis of month end financial close results.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement through spending trend analysis.
  • Support non-finance teams education.
  • Stay alert to business changes and their impact on performance.
  • Effectively communicate key summaries, presentations, and financial views.

For this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Driving EVA performance improvement through effective business partnership.
  2. Providing technical leadership and support to Operations Finance Leadership team.
  3. Managing regional level reporting and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and YTD financial related KPI performance.
  4. Assisting in the consolidated and interpretation of analysis of month end financial close results.
  5. Analyzing spending trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Supporting non-finance teams education to build strong finance and business acumen.
  7. Acting as first point of contact in support of finance led initiatives.
  8. Reviewing assigned financial areas and providing summative and relevant analysis.
  9. Performing ad-hoc analysis or financial modelling at the direction of the Manager, Finance Operations.
