This position entails delivering exceptional administrative services to clients, with a focus on continuous improvement and satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Oversee office space planning, site selection, and inspection for leasing, renovation, and handover.
- Manage the office environment, handle emergency incidents, ensure safety protocols, and oversee third-party service providers.
- Optimize office-related expenses, procurement of assets and supplies, and improve efficiency.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, fostering a positive work atmosphere.
- Coordinate communications and receptions for external visitors in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Collaborate with functional departments to implement company initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 5 years of administrative experience and over 10 years of local work or life experience; local candidates are preferred.
- Extensive experience in office operations and maintenance.
- Excellent professional ethics and outstanding capabilities.
- Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and an innovative mindset.
- Fluent English and Portuguese language skills.
- Proficient in common office software.
- Will travel frequently for business.
