Job Title: Performance Marketing ManagerOverview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance-driven marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring effective campaign delivery against deadlines and business objectives
  • Define campaign strategy and lead acquisitions process towards efficiency
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns and acquisition processes
  • Optimize channels, engagement, and monetization KPIs
  • Perform ongoing optimization via segmentation, testing, and user experience improvements
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of working experience in a similar role (Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Campaign Management)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with web analytics and marketing platforms
  • Up-to-date with new technologies and current trends
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and data-driven thinking
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Self-driven, hard-working, and willing to make an impact
  • Able to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment
