This role involves working closely with various teams to support top-tier clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic insights and analytics deliverables, as well as communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Owning strategic reporting and analytics deliverables for specific top accounts;
- Providing strategic insights for quarterly business reviews, monthly campaign analysis and other sales and client support activities;
- Identifying data stories that showcase the value of our services for clients and prospects;
- Pulling raw data from various sources for ad hoc and regular analyses; translating raw data into usable takeaways and actionable insights;
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
- Minimum 6 years of experience in an analytical capacity;
- Proficiency in both English and Portuguese is required;
- Curious, self-starter and analytical mind - not afraid to ask questions;
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency;
- Familiarity with relational databases and database programming languages;
- Ability to communicate effectively within a cross-departmental team;
- Digital agency or ad tech experience;
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of finding interesting, actionable insights within vast data sets to tell a story.
