Reporting directly to the Headmaster, this key role contributes to the strategic leadership of the whole school. The successful candidate will foster strong relationships, promote excellence in education and pastoral care, and work with the Headmaster to sustain and enhance the school's reputation.
We are a highly successful, world-class school with a large and vibrant community. Founded in 1926, we were the first British international school in South America and have grown a global reputation as one of the world's leading schools.
As a not-for-profit foundation, we run as a fully co-educational institution with approximately 1,000 pupils, aged from 3 to 18 years. We continually improve opportunities for our pupils and staff, with recent renovations of the Junior School featuring light, modern, and flexible learning spaces.
Our membership of HMC and IAPS demonstrates our commitment to academic excellence. As an all-through (ages 3-18) co-educational school, offering IGCSE and IB courses, we are affiliated with top UK Schools through our membership of HMC and COBIS.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Junior School team to deliver high-quality education and pastoral care
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain a high profile throughout the school community
- Work closely with the Headmaster to sustain and enhance the school's reputation
