IT Support Specialist

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for the overall delivery of Local IT services to various locations. This role involves ensuring minimal downtime, maximum performance, and handling changes in alignment with the IT strategy and standards.

This position requires a high level of service professionalism when engaging, supporting, and training employees on matters related to IT assistance. The IT Support Specialist must ensure that all IT equipment used by employees in local offices and locations is always available and working at the highest performance standards.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an IT-related field
  • 2+ years of experience in IT Support with specific knowledge in:
    • Desktop Support (Windows 10, Windows 11)
    • Mobile Device Management
    • LANS, WANs, and WLANs
    • Network routing and switching
    • Cisco, routers, switches
  • ITIL Foundation and ITSM framework experience
  • Active Directory, AAD, LDAP
  • Microsoft 365, Compliance, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams
Job Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Maintain strong business relationships with senior management and critical stakeholders
    • Communicate with stakeholders through a documented communication plan and recurring scheduled meetings
  • Operations and Information System Design, Architecture, and Administration
    • Maintain design and configuration documentation for Noble IT assets
    • Contribute to execution and management of service lifecycle
  • Break-Fix
    • Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management Driver
    • Participate in on-call rotation
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to work effectively across and within diverse teams. They should possess strong execution skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. Additionally, they should be able to work efficiently under pressure to deliver quality results within standards and meet deadlines.
