Global Product Services Expert

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide global product support to our dealer/distributor network for technical concerns, ensuring consistent alignment of our brand promise and actual product and support performance.
- Maintain and strengthen alignment for after-sales policies and procedures to minimize waste and ensure financial strength.
- Sustain high success by supporting consumer product issues in ways that strengthen our network and brand image.
- Identify communication needs and resolve product-related problems to improve future products.
Requirements:
- A strong passion for after-sales and support, with a commitment to problem-solving and delivering exceptional service experiences.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience, including running successful support teams and hiring, mentoring, and training team members.
- A technical background and experience with on-water products or other powersports products, with a focus on providing quality services and resolving difficult situations innovatively.
- Success in building and executing internal processes, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to connect the dots between product, dealer support, and customer experience.
