**Job Opportunity: Regional Corporate Strategy Lead**

 

The Open Wing Alliance (OWA) is a global coalition of animal protection organizations united in a common goal to end the abuse of chickens worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as our Regional Corporate Strategy Lead for Latin America.

 

This full-time, remote position requires domestic and international travel, equivalent to 6-10 trips per year, and a valid, up-to-date passport. To enable collaboration with other global team members, occasional hours outside of 9am - 5pm may be required depending on your time zone.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic guidance and direction for regional corporate campaign strategies to OWA member groups in Latin America.

- Collaborate with groups to troubleshoot issues and co-create strategies to secure cage-free commitments from companies.

- Lead in-person and virtual trainings for OWA groups on corporate campaigning and outreach.

- Develop personalized support plans and trainings for OWA groups.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience with corporate pressure campaigns and/or corporate negotiations.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities, innovate new tactics, and anticipate obstacles.

- Ability to work with independence and a strong sense of ownership over goals.

- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate with audiences with varying levels of knowledge and experience.

- Global perspective and ability to adapt strategies to regional and local contexts.
