Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition expert to drive our recruitment strategy in LATAM. As a Global Practice Principal Recruiter, you will be responsible for delivering results-driven recruiting solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

  • You will translate strategies into actionable deliverables, building and improving our recruiting capabilities.
  • Stay connected with the external talent community, positioning yourself as an established professional with deep technical expertise and a strong business network.
  • Craft long-term relationships by acting as a career coach and becoming part of your network while building a healthy pipeline of passive talent for future opportunities.
  • Lead a portfolio and guide internal clients in best recruiting standards, serving as a strategic talent advisor and ambassador for our Global D&I Strategy.
  • Collaborate in a culture of agile thinking through a fast, adaptive, and iterative recruiting approach.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Health Sciences, or Technology, with 6 years of direct, relevant, and business experience in a specialized field. A global talent perspective and experience working in a highly matrixed environment is required. Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills are essential, along with strong project management, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit top talent across LATAM using innovative strategies and techniques.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Sourcing plan to ensure the company finds best-in-class talent.
  • Maintain a strong network of contacts and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance on best recruiting practices and serve as a subject matter expert.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Health Sciences, or Technology.
  • 6 years of direct, relevant, and business experience in a specialized field.
  • Global talent perspective and experience working in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
