We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the availability and reliability of equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance activities on equipment to maintain its operational conditions.
- Contribute to the improvement of maintenance processes through self-development and innovative ideas.
- Restore equipment to optimal working condition by studying and suggesting new methods applicable to the production process.
- Maintain accurate technical records of equipment by preparing reports, filling out forms, and updating documentation.
- Procure materials as required, inspecting and receiving deliveries.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Fundamental knowledge of plant systems and equipment.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Basics of human performance programs.
- Familiarity with integrated management systems.
- Familiarity with maintenance management tools and software, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with procedures, processes, plans, methods, and techniques for equipment maintenance and material procurement.
- Basic writing and public speaking skills.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and flowcharts.
- Able to read and understand technical manuals.
- Active certification from a recognized professional organization.
