Key Job Responsibilities:

As a Specialist in HR Operations, you will oversee the administrative tasks of the HR function in the LATAM region. This role will work closely with internal teams and external providers to ensure seamless payroll processing.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and provide payroll inputs for several Americas countries.
  • Develop an understanding of local guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide timely payroll and benefits reporting to stakeholders, finance, and governmental agencies as required.
  • Manage accurate benefits administration and billing including healthcare and pension plans or SOC1 audits as necessary.
  • Enter and maintain employee lifecycle changes in the HR System.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • At least two years' experience working in a Payroll and/or HR Administration role.
  • Strong Excel skills, particularly for reconciliation and analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and best practices.
  • Aptitude and interest in technology and knowledge of HR systems, preferably Workday.
