Strategy and Operations Professional Role

The role of Strategy and Operations is focused on enabling the execution of strategic initiatives across organizations, through the facilitation of global communities of practice and delivery of strategic foresight learning and development.

This position involves analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining high standards while building meaningful client connections and navigating ambiguity to deliver quality work.

  • Support the implementation of strategic plans within Acceleration Centers
  • Facilitate the development of global networks of practice
  • Analyze intricate challenges and provide actionable insights
  • Mentor junior colleagues to enhance their skills and performance
Main Responsibilities and Expectations

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Navigate complex situations to secure successful outcomes
  • Contribute to learning and development programs that drive strategic foresight
  • Collaborate across regions to align methods with future work agendas
  • Understand the importance of correct information management and knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection principles
