RYZ Labs is seeking a dynamic Operational Strategist who can help drive improvements in the operations of a small startup, as well as the implementation of automation solutions with various low-code/no-code tooling. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical background and experience in product and operations management.

Responsibilities
  • Become proficient with the operations of a small startup by learning, modifying, and improving their use of internal tools (Notion, Google Drive/Docs, Zapier, Retool)
  • Manage manual processes, learn them, then facilitate the transition to more automated systems
  • Liaise between product development and operations to ensure seamless process integration and a consistent feedback loop to improve the product
  • Support strategy development in collaboration with the COO, VP of Customer Success, Head of Growth, and VP of Finance
Required Qualifications
  • Experience identifying areas of a manual operation/workflow that can be automated using low-code/no-code software tools
  • Expertise with Retool and Zapier
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to handle complex operational challenges
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency with SQL is a plus
  • Experience working in a small tech startup is a plus
  • Background in product ops or product management, particularly in a technological environment a plus
