Strategic Business Operations Analyst

As a Strategic Business Operations Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize initiatives, develop and implement process improvements, and provide strategic insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
