Job Title: E-commerce Regional Director

Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to lead and scale our digital commerce operations across multiple countries in Latin America. This role will oversee both commercial and technical aspects of our e-commerce ecosystem, including owned websites, marketplaces, and digital channels within the mobile industry.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in e-commerce, cross-border team management, and digital growth strategy. They will define and execute the regional e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and execute the regional e-commerce strategy
  2. Lead country-level teams to drive performance, innovation, and operational excellence
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership to align digital initiatives with broader commercial and brand strategies
Commercial Oversight
  1. Monitor and optimize sales performance across platforms
  2. Oversee pricing, promotions, catalog management, and conversion strategies
  3. Ensure accurate stock planning and demand forecasting in coordination with supply chain teams
  4. Analyze KPIs (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to identify growth opportunities and risks
Technical & Operational Management
  1. Supervise technical operations including platform configuration, integrations, and deployments
  2. Act as the primary interface between regional squads, IT, and external technical partners
  3. Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee implementation
  4. Ensure smooth execution of launches, updates, and e-commerce enhancements
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
  2. Proven experience in regional e-commerce leadership, ideally within the mobile or tech industry
  3. Strong understanding of both commercial and technical aspects of digital commerce
  4. Experience managing multicultural teams across different countries
  5. Advanced English proficiency
  6. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
  7. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, OMS, marketplace operations, and digital analytics
