Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our IT department.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers
  • Analyze and resolve problems related to products
  • Work independently to adapt work priorities to meet customer needs
  • Implement database analyzes and procedures
  • Plan and implement software rollouts and updates
  • Collaborate closely with product management, development, and other specialist departments
Requirements:
  • Completed IT training or similar with practical experience
  • Several years of knowledge of IT support and/or IT service desk with good technical and organizational understanding
  • Ability to work in multinational teams and deal with cultural differences
  • Fluency in English
  • Service-minded and motivated personality with excellent communication skills
