Job Description

We are seeking an individual to join our team as a junior system analyst. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for identifying, registering, and resolving technical IT incidents using ServiceNow as the central service-management platform.

Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and organized professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

This role involves providing user support, ensuring speed, accuracy, and excellence in technology services, and contributing to the stability of our systems. If you are passionate about technology and enjoy problem-solving, we would like to hear from you.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience opening, categorizing, and routing tickets via ServiceNow
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Support for office applications (Office 365, browsers, email)
  • Foundations in networking (IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Ability to guide users and document solutions in a knowledge base
  • Proficiency in analyzing and resolving technical incidents via ServiceNow
  • Experience with Active Directory, GPOs, scripts (PowerShell, Bash)
  • Diagnostics of failures in servers, networks, and corporate applications
  • Ability to analyze logs, document technical details, and review ticket history
