As a Junior System Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, registering, categorizing, resolving, and escalating technical IT incidents using ServiceNow as the central service-management platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience opening, categorizing, and routing tickets via ServiceNow
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Support for office applications (Office 365, browsers, email)
  • Foundations in networking (IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Ability to guide users and document solutions in a knowledge base
  • Proficiency in analyzing and resolving technical incidents via ServiceNow
  • Experience with Active Directory, GPOs, scripts (PowerShell, Bash)
  • Diagnostics of failures in servers, networks, and corporate applications
  • Ability to analyze logs, document technical details, and review ticket history
  • Collaboration with teams across infrastructure, security, and development
  • Technical education in IT fields (Systems Analysis, Networking, Computer Science)
