IT Asset Recovery Specialist

Lenovo is a global technology powerhouse that delivers Smarter Technology for All. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we are seeking an IT Asset Recovery Specialist to join our team.

This role will involve working closely with our sales team and customers to design solutions for the responsible disposal of end-of-life IT products. The successful candidate will develop and communicate creative solutions that drive value-add, return-on-investment, and lower total cost of ownership for our customers.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with experience in solution development, contract creation, business development, project management, and services operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities, are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years' experience in a similar position. They will be proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and have experience with process improvements across multiple regions within an organization.

The IT Asset Recovery Specialist will be responsible for evaluating customer opportunities, developing comprehensive solutions, and creating business case collateral to support sales efforts. They will also engage with customers and internal stakeholders as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on IT asset disposition solutions.

To succeed in this role, you must be highly articulate, professional, and able to produce, leverage, and interpret big data sets for decision-making. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
