The role of Technical Lead is a pivotal position within an organization. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in technology and have experience working with agile teams.
This individual will partner with product owners and managers to ensure seamless integration of digital products into the enterprise footprint. They will also facilitate information technology function resources and navigate the organization structure efficiently to enable successful technology foundation for delivery and deployment of digital products.
The ideal candidate will champion long-term information technology strategy, enabling functional business processes via technology products. They will define expectations for agile delivery scorecard with product teams and key stakeholders, lead and facilitate portfolio performance and function or enterprise reviews, and maintain metrics of business or operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology innovation and strategic alignment.
- Develop and implement technical strategies to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to promote knowledge sharing and growth.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring seamless delivery of projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience with agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong technical expertise, including experience with software development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and cloud computing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Minimum of six years of related work experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution System (MES), including PCS; process governance; design standards; updating documents; understanding how and what is needed to connect with on L2 - L4 systems; how to guide discussion with Develop, Build, Test (DBT) partners and business; and library management.
- Experience with interaction and interfacing of systems such as PCS, SAP, ERP, WMS, IOT, SQL, Infrastructure, interspec, unilab, osi pi, scales, and/or bartender.
- Ability to understand impact of data structure and data size on system performance.
- Self-starter; highly motivated and able to work independently. Willingness to take responsibility and initiative.
- Demonstrated experience in prioritizing work and meeting deadlines.
- **Fast learner and oriented to self-development**: curiosity to learn and create new way of building and/or improving systems and processes.
