The Solutions Architect role involves being a visionary leader, technology advocate and implementation strategist for clients and internal teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop robust solutions to unique client challenges.
- Right-size client solutions to match their ecosystem, capabilities, strategic roadmap and maintenance capacity.
- Optimize solution costs to maximize clients' return on investment.
- Align stakeholders through inspiring presentations and activities.
- Implement high-level solutions for clients.
- Maintain clients' Architecture Roadmap to ensure projects stay ahead of current activities.
- Guide engineers in developing right-size/right-cost solutions.
- Resolve escalations and misalignments through workshops, reports and other tactics.
- Contribute 69+ billable hours monthly including coding, program management and other activities.
- Evolve technology and future trends.
- Unify ecosystems into coherent strategies using Account Technology Radars.
- Provide thought leadership through public contributions annually.
