Agricultural Partnership Coordinator

Sustainability and regenerative practices are at the forefront of our agricultural endeavors. As a climate-friendly agriculture specialist, you will work closely with farmers to promote environmentally conscious methods.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in Portuguese, basic English proficiency, and experience in agronomy or a related field.

• Establish and maintain relationships with farmers to ensure seamless partnerships.
• Collaborate with external partners and consultants to optimize processes.
• Conduct meetings to introduce our business model and highlight partnership benefits.
• Participate in events to promote our brand and establish valuable connections.
• Develop promotional content to attract new partners and foster existing ones.
• Assist in eligibility assessments, document submissions, and contract preparation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the farming community, fostering trust and maintaining strong relationships.
• Monitor progress through comprehensive CRM systems and measure success by hectares closed and partnership velocity.

• Strong knowledge of farm-level operations.
• Expertise in multi-stakeholder project management.
• Experience with operational reporting, project analytics, and performance indicators.
• Degree in Agronomy or a related field.
• 1-3+ years of experience in agriculture and farming.
• Technical experience with agronomic machinery (desired).
• Existing connections with farmer associations or cooperatives (a plus).
• Experience in sales and account management (a plus).
