Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Operations Manager to join our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients, ensuring seamless onboarding processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients regularly to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring timely delivery
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration
  • Work closely with the customer success and research and development teams to streamline processes and improve overall client experience
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry (preferably in SaaS)
  • Native-level English proficiency is essential
  • Strong technical skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment
