OverviewIf you love coaching sellers, designing onboarding programs, and helping reps ramp quickly to become high performers, this role is for you. As our SMB Sales Onboarding Manager, you'll lead onboarding, training, and coaching initiatives that make our global SMB sales team sharper, more confident, and consistently exceeding targets.
Responsibilities Lead onboarding programs for new SMB sales team members during their first 90 days, ensuring fast ramp-up and adoption of best practices. Act as Team Lead for new hires during their first months, driving their readiness and confirming their ability to succeed in their role. Create, update, and manage onboarding materials, playbooks, and demo frameworks , ensuring content is always aligned with product updates and sales strategies. Deliver live and on-demand training sessions (Q&A, simulations, role-plays, tests, call reviews, shadows) that directly impact KPIs and quota attainment. Coach-
