Description:

We seek a driven, tech-savvy Professional Service Manager to deliver professional services to clients, set up features, integrate platforms, and migrate data. You will collaborate with CS and R&D teams to streamline customer onboarding and processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients daily to deliver services.
  • Complete offline tasks as assigned.
  • Build strong relationships and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work with CS and R&D teams for a seamless experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a SaaS company (must).
  • Native-level English proficiency (must).
  • Tech-savvy, dedicated, eager to learn, and curious.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
Working Hours:

Monday–Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm.

Competitive salary: $50,000-60,000/year, Medical, Insurance, 401K, Paid time off.
