We are seeking a skilled data professional to provide exceptional customer service through expert data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and manage data entry requests to ensure accuracy using Salesforce, spreadsheets, and other data sources.
- Resolve data discrepancies by communicating with relevant cross-functional teams and collaborating to update information.
- Propose recommendations and implement improvements to existing processes.
- Perform data quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Take ownership of data tasks and resolve them within KPIs, coordinating activities with other departments as needed.
- Actively participate in meetings to identify ways to improve the service provided to internal and external customers.
- Fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma (completed).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in a fast-paced dynamic business environment.
- Experience working with large volumes of data in Microsoft Excel and other relevant data analysis and visualization tools.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations.
