**Job Summary:**

Corteva is seeking a highly skilled Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Transformation Leader to lead process improvement initiatives and drive business results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of projects and programs to deliver cost reduction, cash flow improvement, defect reduction, and end-to-end process transformation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a portfolio of Lean Six Sigma DMAIC projects and/or programs to deliver business results, including cost reduction, cash flow improvement, defect reduction, and end-to-end process transformation.
  • Create and lead transformation glidepaths to support projects.
  • Guide teams through a structured process that deals with resources, decision-making, resistance identification and resolution, conflict management, skills enhancement, organizational development, metrics and performance results, coaching, mentoring, and behavioral change.
  • Assist in finding and defining strategic themes/projects to generate results and help the organization with methodology/tools to properly conduct these projects and bring them to conclusion.
  • Assist with process mapping and value stream mapping needs.
  • Engage champions, process owners, team members, and stakeholders to deliver performance improvement using Lean Six Sigma tools, methods, and concepts, while providing leadership and advice on these technical areas.
  • Coach and mentor others through curriculum development, champion engagements, charter development, best practice diffusion, benchmarking, financial reporting, and other duties to enable project success.
  • Perform studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives, and develop appropriate countermeasures as needed.
  • Provide analytical and conceptual direction to project team members throughout the life of the project, ensuring alignment and value delivery.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Agronomic Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Master's degree will be a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with a strong track record of leading successful improvement projects.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a demonstrated ability to collect meaningful data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in statistical analysis and process improvement tools such as Minitab, DMAIC, DOE, FlexSim, and SPC.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills to convey key insights from complex analysis and ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Occasional travel required to support the business (up to 20%).
  • Proficient in English. Spanish will be a bonus.
  • Driver's license, category B.
  • Recommended location of residence: Palmas/TO, Toledo/PR, or Indianópolis/MG.
