Job Overview

We are seeking a sharp, creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, conversion, and customer retention to join our team as an Email Marketing Specialist.

This role requires a high level of ownership, creative problem-solving, and a strong grasp of lifecycle marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with a Retention Marketing Manager to execute data-driven email and SMS strategies for e-commerce clients.
  • Execute tasks for clients including writing, proofreading, and scheduling email and SMS campaigns.
  • Manage the revision and approval process of client emails and SMS messages.
  • Develop creative campaign concepts for client retention marketing calendars.
  • Collaborate with our in-house design team to develop the design approach for campaigns and flows.
  • Produce copy for campaign concepts and work directly with clients to gain approval on briefs.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of work experience in digital marketing, copywriting, growth marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Experience working at an agency or working with multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with Klaviyo or similar email service providers.
  • Passion for marketing and interest in learning and growing in the DTC and e-commerce marketing industry.
