As a Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of high-value construction projects from conception to completion. This involves managing budgets, timelines, and resources while ensuring that all designs are executed as per specifications.
This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- Develop project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate resource allocation.
- Oversee design development, implementation, and testing.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and codes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
