Job Title: Healthcare Advocacy and Public Policy Specialist

Overview
The successful candidate will lead public affairs initiatives, engaging key stakeholders to advance the organization's vaccine franchises business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute institutional engagement plans with public health authorities, legislators, public influencers, and regulators.
  • Map and implement selected legislative strategies at the city/state level to create a positive environment for access improvement.
  • Manage and develop relationships with non-governmental organizations, health coalitions, trade associations, local societies, and other relevant groups.
  • Create an integrated patient engagement culture, taking patient insights to the next level across the organization.
  • Lead projects and initiatives with non-governmental bodies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement access strategies in the public market, according to franchise brand plans.
  • Analyze political and healthcare scenarios to develop opportunities in public policy and relationships that support public partnerships initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Experience in corporate management related to the public market in the healthcare sector.
  • Patient advocacy or public affairs experience is desirable.
  • Leadership, clear communication, teamwork, networking ability, and policy/legislation analysis skills are essential.
  • Education in life sciences, public health, human sciences, international relations, or related fields is required. Post-graduation or MBA is a plus.
  • English fluency is mandatory; Spanish is desirable.
