Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead public policy initiatives in key markets across Latin America.

This role is responsible for establishing relationships with policymakers, regulators, and other stakeholders, developing and executing a multi-year government advocacy strategy, and promoting our interests on legislative and regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success at the highest levels of government and/or in strategic public policy, with experience in driving public policy campaigns in Brazil and other key markets in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute public policy strategies to advance our goals in Latin America
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS
  • Stay up-to-date on regional and global developments that impact our business
  • PROMOTE DISCORD'S INTERESTS IN KEY LEGISLATIVE AND REGULATORY INITIATIVES

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as political science, international relations or public policy
  • At least 5 years of experience in government or strategic public policy advocacy
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing public policy campaigns
  • Experience working in Brazil and other key markets in the region
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
