Key Roles and Responsibilities

Job Overview:

A Delivery Consultant is required to work remotely from South America, supporting clients across the West Coast of the US in the fast-growing AI Engineering space.

This role involves working with committed clients and high-calibre candidates, resulting in faster placements, bigger fees, and stronger earning potential. The successful candidate will be exposed to some of the best accounts in the group.

  • Deliver Results:
  • Source, qualify, and build pipelines of top tech talent
  • Manage end-to-end candidate processes with speed and precision
  • Partner closely with clients and support interviews/feedback
  • Write job adverts and manage response effectively

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Delivery Consultant
  • Exposure to AI Engineering, software engineering, data science, or ML
  • Familiarity with the US West Coast market (ideal)
  • Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and talent pool building skills
