We are seeking a skilled IT Onsite Technician to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for computer hardware and software, mobile devices, and other tech tools and products.
  • First and second-level technical support – calls/tickets/user interaction.
  • Document problems and create a knowledge database.
  • Provide information and reports to hardware migration teams.
  • Service Request Management, Access Management, User Management, in-house Onsite Support.
  • End-users trainings.
  • Right assignment and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory.
  • Process Improvement activities.
  • Consult with IT experts when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Language skills: fluent English and Portuguese, other languages are an advantage.
  • Technical skills are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving/analytical abilities.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task handling multiple clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as follow direction and best practices.
  • Planning and organizing skills.
  • Team player and supportive personality.
  • Candidates must declare a Criminal record extract not older than three months.
