We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Strategic Leader in our organization. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing business performance to identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Deep Understanding of Business Environment: The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of the Latin American market, including trends, macroeconomic factors, and industry developments.
- Prior Exposure to P&L Management: A background in managing profit and loss statements is essential for this role, as well as a solid understanding of financial acumen.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present findings to senior leadership.
- Analytical Capabilities: The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills to drive strategic insights and improve business performance.
- Team Player: A strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and distribute workload accordingly.
