Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire purchase order cycle to ensure timely payment of 3rd Party suppliers within agreed payment terms.
  • Process Request to Pay transactions and workflows at top-quartile performance levels.
  • Resolve Request to Pay issues with Requisitioners, Procurement Staff, Vendors, Tax, and Finance teams.
  • Create Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Service Entries from ERP Requisitions.
  • Maintain Purchase Requisitions and resolve associated queries on a timely basis.
  • Request Outline Agreement creation.
  • Analyze and improve performance related to Non-Compliance and late payment of invoices.
  • Identify potential Request to Pay Continuous Improvement opportunities and participate in initiatives to assist in implementation and execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, or engineering.
  • Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience with SAP and Business Warehouse Software.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with contract/procurement process.
  • Previous experience with PR/PO and processing invoices.
  • Fully versed with Request to Pay principles, techniques, and industry standard tools.
