Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and communicative professional to join our team as an Hiring Assistant. This role offers opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, working with international clients and collaborating with a multicultural team.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems with autonomy and responsibility. They will also be eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field.

This is an entry-level position that is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • English proficiency (spoken and written);
  • Interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset;
