A Typical Day
  • Labor monitoring and management
  • Monitoring adherence to processes
  • Quality audits
  • Safety inspections
  • Compliance checks for 5S practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, shifts, and areas, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Able to push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to quality and safety.
