About the Role

This highly motivated individual will lead creative campaigns around the Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on women's rights and civic space. They will work closely with our policy & advocacy team to bring policies to life on our platforms and inspire our community to take action.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering issue-specific campaign strategies, building relationships with NGOs and activists, and developing strategies to support partner campaigns. They will also design creative campaign interventions and handovers to influence policymakers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement campaign strategies that align with our mission and values.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze key campaign metrics to inform future strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership to amplify our impact.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our approaches.
Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in campaigning or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Demonstrable interest in social justice, international development, and human rights.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Able to think critically and solve problems effectively.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience executing creative campaign handovers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
