Campaigns Manager, Latin America

**Role Overview**
Global Citizen is looking to hire a highly motivated campaigner to drive creative campaigning around the Sustainable Development Goals with a focus on women's rights and civic space but with the flexibility to move between issues as needed. This role reports to the Campaigns Team Leader and works closely with grant issue leads. This person will help bring policy to life on our platforms to inspire and empower our community to take action. They will be responsible for drafting and uploading action language, managing creative digital and physical interventions and handovers, and maintaining relations with external NGOs and activists.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and delivery of issue-specific campaign strategies around the SDGs. Working across departments, and in close coordination with our policy & advocacy team.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with NGO partners, grassroots organizations and activists within Latin America and globally.
- Develop strategies to support and deliver partner campaigns on the Global Citizen platform;
- Design creative campaign interventions and handovers to influence policy makers.
- Monitor, collect and analyze key campaign metrics and report back internally;
- Monitor and react to campaigns-related news trends and recommend associated campaign content; independently research potential partner campaign opportunities and bring to the team;
- Assist with basic reporting on campaigns output.
**Qualifications**
**Required Skills / Experience**
- 3 years of professional campaigning experience.
- Excellent english, spanish and portuguese verbal and written communication skills for a younger audience.
- Demonstrable interest in campaigning, international development and social justice.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage various competing priorities.
- Ability to spot problems and solve them.
- High attention to detail.
- Creative and proactive.
- A sense of humor.
- Team player.
- Positive, can-do-attitude.
**Desirable Skills / Experience**
- Experience of executing creative campaign handovers.
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, power point, and/or Google Suite
- Knowledge of analytics software.
