As an Account Executive, your base will be in Sao Paulo, focusing on regional sales across Latin America, reporting directly to the LATAM Senior Director, also located in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead B2B consultative sales efforts for our executive education offerings through your established sales pipeline, which is your primary focus.
- We are looking for a high-energy account executive capable of identifying opportunities and transforming leads into enduring partnerships. With extensive product knowledge and insight into industry trends, you will engage directly with clients and prospects, comprehend their unique requirements, and propose products or services that deliver maximum value through a consultative sales approach.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to grasp user needs, articulate the value proposition, and tailor our offerings to align with the strategic objectives of the enterprise.
- Be accountable for expanding Emeritus's client portfolio by cultivating relationships with senior executives at leading global companies.
- Work alongside internal teams to commercialize initiatives that facilitate enterprises in enhancing their employees' lives through access to education from top-tier institutions.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure their needs are addressed. Develop sales strategies and achieve quotas.
- Present and showcase the value of our products and services to potential buyers.

A portfolio of active corporate clients is a strong advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are mandatory.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office is required.
Familiarity with CRM software (such as Hubspot) is beneficial.
